POSITION: Customer Success and Sales Representative
HOURS: Part Time with Opportunity for Full Time
LOCATION: North San Diego County (HQ)                           

At NCFIT, we believe that coaching excellence is at the foundation of a profitable gym. We developed the NCFIT Collective to empower gym owners and coaches all over the world with the tools they need to deliver a top tier product to their members, helping them drive sales, retention, and profit. 

This individual will support sales and customer success activities that pertain to the NCFIT Collective. It is a dynamic role that will call for exceptional customer service throughout the various stages of our NCFIT Collective customer journey from inquiring lead to long-time member. The position will report to the Digital Sales and Marketing Director.


The position's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support lead acquisition and conversion campaigns through email, social media, and on the phone.

  • Guide prospective leads through our free trial process, while providing exceptional support and education.

  • Support in driving retention through consistent education and timely APP and web support and troubleshooting. 

  • Stay up-to-date on the industry landscape and become a go-to source for the latest trends and debate

  • Demonstrate flexibility as a part of a fast paced company with constantly evolving roles and responsibilities.

  • Contribute to regular reporting of performance metrics, including ROI, sales, marketing, retention, utilization and engagement.


  •  Working knowledge of the CrossFit and functional fitness industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • 2+ years sales or customer service experience. Within the health and fitness space preferred

  • CrossFit or functional training coaching experience preferred

  • Exhibit a high-level of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
