  1. Arrive Early

We ask that you arrive at the gym about 10-15 minutes before the start of class. When you get here, make sure to check-in at the front desk. Let our Front Desk Associate know that it’s your first time at NCFIT, and they will take good care of you! One of our team members will make sure you are all set before class kicks off.


2. Threads to Workout In

We suggest you wear athletic gear that you will be comfortable sweating in. It’s California, so sometimes it can get warm! We also suggest wearing a pair of athletic sneakers. No matter what you wear -- make sure it’s comfortable enough to move, sweat, and get some fitness in!


3. Fuel & Hydrate

A few hours before coming in for your workout, we suggest that you eat a small meal and drink some water. You should also bring a water bottle with you to the gym. We have filtered FloWater stations that you will be able to fill up post-workout!


4. Good Vibes Only!

We want you to bring your best vibes! We truly believe in making our gyms a space where members can check their stress at the door. In our gyms you’ll find a community built on sweat and support. All are welcome here! All we ask is that bring a smile and be ready to get in a great workout. It’s that simple.


5. Meet our Coaches

One of the hallmarks of NCFIT is our top-tier coaching. Our Coaches are some of the best in the business, and our team takes coaching to the next level. Every class at NCFIT is led by a professional Coach that will guide, teach, coach, motivate and inspire you. Our Coaches will make sure you get a great workout while carefully correcting your movement. You will have a blast while getting an amazing workout. If you ever have any questions or need some additional guidance, don’t hesitate to ask a coach!


6. Have Fun!

Above everything else, we want you to have a great time! At NCFIT, we strive to make “working out” feel less like a chore and more like something you look forward to each day. Everyone’s fitness journey will be a little different. But no matter what...we have your back every step of the way! Regardless of where you start we are certain that you will leave each day feeling fitter, stronger, and more confident.
