What: Strength and anaerobic conditioning seminar
When: January 30th at MV/February 20th at SJ, 10am respectively.
Purpose: To inform of our strength club times and locations, and inspire about the importance of strength specific programming to supplement any current training regimen, or to use as an inclusive, stand-alone program.
Who: ANYONE. Whether it is your first time in a gym, or you’ve been with us for years, this class is for you. Having a more solid strength foundation will improve all aspects of your fitness. This program is all-inclusive and infinitely scalable, just like any other program we offer. EVERYONE IS WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO JOIN.
Schedule: 2 hour seminar from 10am - 12pm. The first half hour will be a quick informative lookbehind the philosophy of the program, and why it is important for any level of fitness. The second half of the seminar will include an awesome strength-based workout.
