Snatch (Clusters) (75/3, 80/3, 85/3, 85/2(3))

30 second clusters: Perform 1 rep, rest 30 seconds, perform next rep. Rest 3-4 minutes between sets.

Clean & Jerk (Clusters) (72/3, 78/3, 82/3, 85/2(3))

Same as Snatch Clusters

Anderson Front Squat (75/3, 80/2(3), 85/2(3))

Set pins in power rack so that the bar is where it would sit in your full front squat position. Each rep begins from this position.

Glute-Ham Raises (3x8)

Eccentric as slow as possible each rep
