Halting Snatch Deadlift (70/5, 80/5, 90/5)

Snatch deadlift, pause 3/4 of the way up (top of thigh)

Pause Back Squat (65/3, 75/3, 80/2(5))

Pause at bottom for 2 seconds

A1: Reverse Hypers (3x8)

A2: RKC Plank w/ Reach (3x15 seconds)
