Each one of our programs are brought to life by our stellar coaches.

NCFIT is home to some of the world's most talented and passionate trainers. We absolutely love what we do. We don't want, need, or have to coach...we GET to coach. The shared experience on the gym floor between the coach and our members is a gift, and we make the most of it. This passion for fitness and coaching is what makes each of our programs so addictive.

Our 60 minute class. NC60 is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio & gymnastics to power lifting & olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

Our 45 minute class. NC45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts always include strength & skill training followed by an interval workout. Learn, lift, and sweat!

Our 30 minute class. NC30 is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

No CrossFit experience, but interested in our NC60 program?

Prior to starting NC60, one of our coaches will lead you through a private two-session Prep Course to get your primed and ready for our NC60 classes. Please contact your desired location's Manager to schedule a time.

*Prep Course is required for all new athletes who do not have prior CrossFit experience. Prior CrossFit experience constitutes 3 months or more at another affiliated CrossFit facility.
