As many V-ups as possible in remainder of minute (Stop them at 50 seconds to get them back to the rowers)
Rest 1 minute
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:
12/10 calories on Assault Bike
Rest 1 minute
Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:
4 Med Ball push-ups (Both hands on MB. Knees are okay)
8 Med Ball overhead lunges
10 Med Ball mountain climbers
12 Russian twists with med ball
