10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 deficit pushups in between each overhead carry.
You pick the equipment. Could be axle, barbell, DB’s, KB’s, Stone, Sandbag etc)
10 Rounds Each for time:
3 Squats @2xbodyweight. (should be a very difficult set of 3)
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
