75 Supine Ring rows
-Banded kb burpees down
-Banded kb low crawl back
*Perform 75 supine ring rows. Rings must touch chest to count. No kips. Continuous motion must be maintained. Use a chinup grip (palms facing up) to emphasize biceps. Every break perform Banded kb burpees down the gym floor and banded kb low crawl back.
**The workout begins and ends with the banded plate work.
