Every 30 seconds until death, alternating:
*Complete 1 chinup in 30 seconds, then complete 2 pushups in the next 30 seconds. Every round, add 1 chinup and add 2 Pushups. Continue until each workload cannot be completed in 30 seconds. If one movement fails before the other, peel back the rep count on the failed exercise to be able to maintain reps until failure happens on the other exercise.
