SWOD - Strength WOD

Find 3rep Heavy Bench Press
Perform 2x
6 Strip sets starting with 80% of 3 rep heavy.
*Load the bar to 80% of previous 3 rep, using small weight plates that can be stripped quickly. Load the bar so that it can be stripped 5 times, equating to 6 strip sets of work.
10 min EMOM, Alternating:
5 weighted Pullups
Max reps pushups
