In teams of four:
While two people are running 400m,
the other two people perform AMRAP:
10 Thrusters (95/65lbs.)
10 Toes to Bar
Only one person can be working at a time.
Switch as needed.
Switch stations (running/amrap) as soon
as BOTH runners return from run.
