Death by….10m Sprint
On the first minute do one 10m sprint. On the second minute do two 10m sprints. On the third minute do three 10m sprints….continue adding a 10m sprint every minute until you cannot complete the required reps in the minute. Standard of the 10m sprint is three points of contact behind the line at each marker.
