Jason Khalipa is the Founder/CEO of NCFIT and an absolute legend in the sport of CrossFit.

In addition to his many accomplishments, Jason is also a proud family man. In 2016, his 4 year-old daughter, Ava, was diagnosed with Leukemia. In this episode, Jason recounts the harrowing journey from 2016 to present day along with the role fitness played in his life. Jason opens up about some of his darkest times and highlights how training through tragedy helped him and his family.
