  • Howdy friends! I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2012 and coaching since 2013. CrossFit showed me camaraderie and confidence, which are key things I aim to teach and share with others. Coaching is a beautiful balance of education, motivation, and accountability. For anyone on the fence thinking about changing their lifestyle habits, I say go for it and we’re here to help! Regardless of the time I coach, I will bring energy like I’ve just had a double shot of espresso.

Fun Fact: I studied abroad in Oviedo, Spain!

  • I've been coaching for 12+ years, 9 of those years at NCFIT. I love being on the coaching floor getting to interact with members, make them better, and hone my craft. While the physical side of coaching is crucial when engaging with athletes, the psychological side is just as important and interests me to no end...I love trying to find out how different athletes think!

Fun Fact: In my spare time I love to brush up on Lord of the Rings lore, playing Magic the Gathering, and spending time with my pup, Scottie!

  • A decade in the fitness industry has taught me about myself, coaching, and how to create space to inspire the best in people. I have learned to let my ego take a backseat and utilize a more strategic and systematic approach to my training and coaching. I began with group fitness classes, but my passion is personal training. I genuinely enjoy guiding athletes to help them realize their potential and reach beyond what they thought was possible.

Fun Fact: If you are a friend or client, and I see you in the gym but don’t say hello, it may be my twin brother!

Liz

  • I’m a strength and conditioning coach in collegiate athletics. I started CrossFit in 2020 and started working at the front desk at NCFIT. I grew to love the community here and the coaching was unmatched, so I decided to learn from the best and become a coach.

I’ve been coaching at NCFIT since 2021 and love being able to share my knowledge to help people achieve their goals. My focus is to always bring energy and make sure each member learns, is challenged, and has fun in class.

Fun fact: I’ve been playing beach volleyball since I was 12 and I’m one of the top ranked players in NorCal!

  • I’ve been coaching since 2020 and actually got my start here at NCFIT with the coaches internship. By far, my favorite thing about coaching is connecting with members and watching them do something they never thought was possible. It’s inspiring and a great reminder to do things that scare you!

Fun Fact: I was born in Switzerland!

  • I started coaching CrossFit in 2022 while I was finishing graduate school and knew I wanted to continue coaching when I moved to South Bay! I grew up doing gymnastics (plus a lot of other sports after that) but I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2019 and I haven’t looked back. As a coach, I really enjoy getting to know the members and engaging directly with the community. Really, I just want to share my enthusiasm and love of the sport with anyone I can!

Fun Fact: My dad suggested that I cultivate one non-sport hobby in my 20s so guess I’d also say I’m not a shabby cake decorator.

  • I’ve been training at NCFIT Campbell since the doors opened in May 2018. I started the coaching internship program in March of 2022, and have loved every minute of it. It’s been an honor and privilege to learn from the best and strive to continually improve myself while also helping others along the way. My fitness journey, both as an athlete and coach, has helped me become a better wife, mother and teammate. I sincerely believe in the power of fitness to aid in healing and improving body, mind and soul. It’s made all the difference in my life and I’m stoked to help others on their own journey to better health and wellness.

Fun Fact: When I’m not at the gym, I love spending time cheering on my kids in their various activities and enjoying the beautiful outdoors with my family. I can’t wait to see you in the gym!

  • Hey NCFIT! Coach Elijah here to give you some fun facts about me and my involvement here at NCFIT, and fitness in general. I’ve been coaching since 2019 and for NCFIT since 2023! My greatest passion for coaching stems from seeing the excitement on athletes’ faces when movement execution starts clicking (I live for technique) and athletes start becoming monsters on the gym floor — PR’ing lifts or moving old “heavy” weights like warm up weights. It’s a heartwarming feeling and reassures me that members are listening to the knowledge I’m sharing that I’ve gained over the years as an athlete and coach, and that I’m not simply here to babysit.

Fun Fact: I can go a whole calendar year without wearing the same pair of shoes…don’t believe me? Stop by Campbell Monday and Wednesday mornings (Sundays at Mountain View) and see for yourself!

  • I have been at NCFIT for 4 years and have been coaching CrossFit for 3 years. Prior to finding CrossFit, I was in the collegiate strength and conditioning world working with the University of Iowa football team. I enjoy coaching because of the relationships I get to build with all the athletes I get to see every day, and help them see progress in their health and fitness. I really love coaching strength and have a powerlifting background personally before starting to train for CrossFit competition. I offer PT sessions, especially focused on getting stronger and learning the barbell movements.

Fun Fact: I’ve recently gotten into mountain biking and am a huge fan of the Joe Rogan podcast.

Rob

  • I found CrossFit while deployed to Iraq in 2007. My first workout was “Helen” and I’ve been hooked ever since! As a primary care sports medicine physician, I took my first CF Level 1 course and started to connect my experiential experience with my medical practice. I recertified my CF Level 1 at an MD only course at the Ranch in 2018 and started coaching shortly afterwards. I most recently completed my CF L2 in 2023, also at the Ranch.

In Seattle, I collaborated with a local CrossFit gym to contribute with programming and working with gym members to improve metabolic health through nutrition, exercise and medication management. I specialize in metabolic disorders such as Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and metabolic syndrome and have successfully helped patients reverse diabetes and improve their metabolic health. I love working with other CrossFit athletes and coaching them wherever they are on the sickness- wellness- fitness spectrum to move them towards optimal health and fitness!

Fun facts: I was the CrossFit picture of the day for the May 7, 2024 WOD and have been on Julie Foucher’s Pursuing Health podcast.

  • I have been coaching for over 8 years and owned my own gym in Wisconsin for 4 of those years. I am also a nurse and my passion for coaching comes from my desire to keep individuals healthy, happy, and independent for as long as possible!

Fun Fact: I got to do Nursing in Africa during my undergrad & my favorite sweet treat is anything with peanut butter!

  • I’ve been a personal trainer for 7 years and have been a CrossFit coach for almost 2 years. Helping people through fitness has always been my driving passion through life, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing the success of my clients and members at the gym. I’ve always been the kind of trainer that likes to challenge people, and show them they are capable of so much more than they think. And that if they can get through a personal training session with me, that everything else in their day will be a piece of cake :)

Fun Fact: Although I’m an incredibly loud and vocal coach, I am incredibly introverted and have a lot of social anxiety. Nothing gets me more fired up than fitness.
