Frequently Asked Questions

Please see below for Frequently Asked Questions regarding NCFIT policies:


Interested in Membership:

  • Offerings: Group CrossFit classes, Private Training and Nutrition Coaching and Accountability Services

  • To get started, please book a Free Consultation with our Membership Coordinator here.

Hold Policy:

  • 7 day written notice required (to info@nc.fit)

  • 2 holds max per year

  • Must be between 30-90 days

  • Membership fee is not prorated; account is "Frozen" so that paid days are available upon return

  • Can lift a hold anytime after 30 days

Cancellation Policy (Monthly Memberships):

  • 15 day written notice required (to info@nc.fit)

  • No partial refunds; auto renew feature is turned off

  • Minimum 90 day commitment must be satisfied prior to cancellation

Invoices:

  • All invoices are available in the Wodify app under:
    Profile –> Membership –>Invoices

  • Detailed invoices available upon request

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee:

  • $30 fee for no-shows and cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance for AM classes and 2 hours in advance for PM classes

  • Notifications are automated; if you received one in error and were checked in or do not see an open invoice, please disregard; (most errors are corrected by 8pm)

  • Please sign in from the app (or at the front desk) once you arrive to the gym to avoid any errors in attendance!
