Frequently Asked Questions

Please see below for Frequently Asked Questions regarding NCFIT policies:


Interested in Membership:

  • Offerings: Group CrossFit classes, Private Training and Nutrition Coaching and Accountability Services

  • To get started, please book a Free Consultation with our Membership Coordinator here.

DROPPING IN:

  • Athletes with at least 6 months of CrossFit experience are welcome to book a drop-in ($30) through our online sales portal.

  • 10 and 20 Session Packs available (contact info@nc.fit)

  • Showers and basic toiletries available (towel rental $2)

HOLD POLICY:

  • 7 day written notice required (to info@nc.fit)

  • 2 holds max per year

  • Must be between 30-90 days

  • Can be placed at any point in the billing cycle

  • Membership fee is not prorated; account is "Frozen" so that paid days are available upon return

  • Can lift a hold anytime after 30 days

REFERRAL POLICY

  • Earn a free month of membership for each new referral (recurring monthly memberships only) 

  • No limit to the number of referrals a member can have!

  • Please introduce your referral to info@nc.fit prior to their start date

CANCELLATION POLICY (MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS):

  • 15 day written notice to turn off auto renew required (to info@nc.fit)

  • No refunds for partially used memberships

  • Minimum 90 day commitment must be satisfied prior to cancellation

INVOICES:

  • All invoices are available in the Wodify app under:
    Profile –> Membership –>Invoices

  • Detailed invoices available upon request

LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE:

  • $30 fee for no-shows and cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance for AM classes and 2 hours in advance for PM classes

  • Notifications are automated; if you received one in error and were checked in or do not see an open invoice, please disregard; (most errors are corrected by 8pm)

  • Please sign in from the app (or the iPad in the gym) once you arrive to avoid any errors in attendance!
