THE INTRO EP. 43: The Guru — Dale Robinson

September 28, 2021   |   Hosted by Matt DellaValle

Dale Robinson is the founder of GURU Fitness, a motivational speaker, and founder of the Wanda Joyce Robinson Foundation for at-risk youth. Before Dale found fitness, he was living a very fast and dangerous life. In fact, this fast life landed him in prison twice — once on a 10-year sentence. Staring down 120 months in prison, Dale knew he needed to change, and he didn't waste any more time. He became "the fitness guru" in prison, and when he got out, he chased down his dreams relentlessly.

If you're looking to get fired up, this is the podcast for you. Grab a notebook, grab a chair, and let's learn a thing or two from Dale Robinson.
